FOR CLIENTS

GS Exclusive | Executive Advisory

Leadership advisory is confidential professional consultation for executives, owners and decision-makers.

Greensearch offers its clients a confidential consultation setting where we share practical insights on the leadership market, hiring challenges, organisational trends and executive search experience. Executive Advisory aims to support our partners' leadership decisions with a strategic perspective and current market knowledge.

A conversation, not a project.

Most of the situations clients bring to us are not solved by a long audit or a multi-month organisational programme. There is usually a specific leadership dilemma: who to keep, who to move, whether the offer is right, whether the generational handover will work.

Backed by more than 20 years of executive search and B2B industrial market knowledge — the same professional foundation our search assignments are built on. This is not general HR advisory, coaching or classical organisational development.

Our focus is the B2B industrial sector: machinery, construction, trade, logistics and electronics.

Situations we help with

01

Retaining or replacing key people

Worth keeping, moving internally or letting go of a defining professional? What is realistic in the current market environment?

02

Compensation levels and market feedback

How competitive is the current compensation structure? How does the market and the candidate side respond to specific offers?

03

Generational handover and succession

When and how is it worth starting the handover process? What signals point to a workable or risky transition?

04

Internal organisational changes

External professional perspective before a new structure, leadership role or team reshuffle.

05

Attrition and retention problems

What could sit behind it, and which early signals point to the underlying state of the organisation?

06

Recruitment and leadership hiring decisions

Why is a selection process slowing down? Is the position or the requirement set realistic in the current market?

07

Leadership and team building

What to pay attention to when building a new team or business unit?

08

Optimising recruitment processes

Where does candidate experience slow down or break, and how to make selection more effective?

09

Confidential HR conversations

Sensitive leadership, organisational or selection questions from an external expert perspective.

HOW IT WORKS

60 minutes, online, scheduled in advance

The consultation runs online at a pre-arranged time, typically in a 60-minute format.

The first session is for talking through the specific situation in detail and deciding whether a strategic consultation is enough, or whether the topic needs deeper support, follow-up sessions or a different kind of engagement.

In some situations the right answer is an executive search project; in others it is bringing in an external organisational development or HR specialist. If we see that we are not the right fit for the situation, we say so. The consultations are confidential and stay focused on the specific leadership situation — no generic templates, no pre-packaged "advisory bundles".

FIRST STEP

The first consultation

A short email or contact request is enough to align on what it would be about, then we talk it through in more detail in an hour. If the situation calls for further support or deeper engagement, scope and pricing are set individually.
